Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return any frame for a full refund. The frame must be unused, unscratched, and returned in its original case with the cleaning cloth.

UK returns are free — we'll send you a prepaid label. International returns are at your cost.

Want a different colour or style? Email aeroshade@outlook.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll send the new pair before you return the original — so you're never frame-less.

If anything arrives broken, scratched, or wrong — email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at our cost, no return required.

1. Email aeroshade@outlook.com with your order number and 'Return' in the subject.

2. We send you a prepaid label within 24h (UK only).

3. Drop off at any Royal Mail / equivalent location.

4. Refund processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.
