WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide. Rates and times below.

UNITED KINGDOM

- Standard tracked: £3.95 — 1–3 business days. Free on orders over £50.

- Express tracked: £5.95 — next business day if ordered before 2pm Mon–Fri.

EUROPE

- Tracked: £12 — typically 3–7 business days.

- Customs / duties may apply for non-EU destinations and are the customer's responsibility.

REST OF WORLD

- Tracked: £18 — typically 5–14 business days.

- Customs / duties are the customer's responsibility. Your local post office will contact you if any are due.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm GMT ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Public holidays may add 1 day.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), email aeroshade@outlook.com with your order number and we'll either chase it down or send a replacement.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost. We can resend at the customer's cost.
