Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email aeroshade@outlook.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
